I happened to find some black and nude patent ones on eBay UK. The seller is 'Shoeaholics-UK' and they have a high eBay feedback rate. I am a member of both 'UkAddress.com' and their sister company in the US, 'ReShip.com' I have used both of their sites a number of times and have been more than happy with their services. There is a fee, I use the individual fee and not the monthly charge, but if you REALLY want something they will get it for you.
